Zohra Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, 
we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless 
  the product is defective or damaged

Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will 
  notify you of the approval status
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or 
  bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders

Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us 
  within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement or 
  full refund
